At Ayurprana, we want you to feel as good as you look in our sustainable fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
